Yesterday evening having nothing to do I decided to check what is running on Ster Century and check out the cinemas. I saw the movie ‘Just Friends’ and checked the review in IMDB.com who generally have been faithful in their comments.
It was supposed to be a funny movie and it did not even reach my low expectations. It was an awful 94 minutes spend in the theatre. Well, it has a few laughs in it. But once you come out of the theatre, there should be something you love about the movie and I couldn’t even think of one. It is about some fat teenager who is rejected by his best friend. He leaves town not able bear rejection, becomes a hot shot executive and a womaniser. By some accident he comes back to his town after 10 years and his old flame is ignited. He wants to be back with her past girlfriend and woos whatever be the means. Stupid story and stupid movie. I will recommend only if you have nothing else to do. Or if you are really interested, rent a DVD and watch. Not worth going to the theatre.
