Well....I have to admit I had no intention of putting this in my blog. for obvious reasons...I am not one of the thinnest chaps that you will see around and I am not fit.
I have been brow beaten to add this into the blog of my efforts to reduce my weight and improve my stamina...
Well here it goes...
On the healthy influence of Shane, we have started a Monday, Wednesday, Friday fitness campaign. We have decided on a 2.6 kms path to jog during the afternoons on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Hopefully this will help me in improving my fitness. I will update as the efforts go on.
Yesterday was my fourth run. Till that I time I had stopped during the run in between because I have not been able to hold on. Yesterday I did the whole course without stopping in 17 mins and 30 secs. I am delighted. It was very hard for me...But with shane to give company and prompting you on, I had to stretch myself that wee bit...
