Pictures like this tells naked truth. And Truth sometimes is not so pleasant. They have both, positive and negative effect. Positive, in the sense that hope still remains in this world despite of poverty, war, conflicts, diseases and negative in the sense that, still much has to be done and in some sense points to the lack of will in those who have the power to make things happen.

That is very true. I felt that sometimes it is hard to capture true emotion in camera and this photo has done that very well.
