A season of discontent after a season of exhilaration. The Norwich City fans have seen it all in the past 3 years. The glory of getting promoted to premiership, An agonizing battle for survival and An even more agonizing struggle to find their own feet. The past three years have produced the best amongst players, the worst amongst players, a happy manager, an out of sorts manager, exhilarated fans and agonizing fans. What you wanted one has seen, heard and got in the past 3 years.
Now it is time to look forward to the new season full of hope? Well that I am not really sure of. I consider myself to be a good fan of Norwich City, but definitely I am not one of the die hard fans who travels the length and breadth of the country, facing adverse weather conditions, an even more adverse opposition and poor performances (At least that is what we have generally seen during our away performances). The seed of dis content has definitely grown to a full fledged tree with thick roots.
Only time will tell how the season pans out to be for us with so many good quality sides vying for promotion this time. But what I would love to see from the Manager and the players is to give a good account of themselves, play with passion and hopefully do well.
