LOL. read ur post on dess code. infact when we were in college (MBA), we were specifically told to not wear collarless T shirts, to preserve the formality of "executive " life we were being groomed for. for the weekly sales workshop we were asked to wear formals. dress code at times do attach seriousness to the task but shud not be taken too seriously

I think there are better issues that needs consideration than jeans and tops.
