Call Centers are big in India. It pays young Indian men and women good money, a good life style. But at the same time it has its own difficulties >> a full night work shift, American timelines (there are other countries also, but pre-dominantly American), less social interaction etc etc. It is difficult, and definitely not easy.

I know I hate it when someone I can't understand calls me up and says the name is Bob or Susan and I can't understand a word of what they are saying.
Others, of course, are much better, and I couldn't tell they are not in--say--Cleveland.
