The No Asshole Rule

Robert Sutton is Professor of Management Science and Engineering in the Stanford Engineering School, where he is Co-Director of the Center for Work, Technology, an active member of the Stanford Technology Ventures Program, and a cofounder of the new Hasso Planter Institute of Design.

He has written an interesting book called The No Asshole Rule that will be released in Feb 2007.

I am looking forward to this book that stands on the idea that no one likes to work for jerks and such disruptive lot should not be hired with examples and ideas.
