I think this is a fantastic idea because booking a train ticket in Mambalam, Chennai is one of the worst experiences that you can have. It is generally very crowded and have taken 1 hour on an average to book my tickets. Mind you this was before the time Railways has Internet booking enabled. I am sure this facility will be used by passengers who are not comfortable in booking train tickets through the net. A commendable initiative.
