Kids, not oxen plough rural minister's farm land

CNN IBN reports about the inhuman treatment meted out to Children by a minister in the Indian Government.

The use of children below 14 is banned in India under Child Labour Act. The implementation is this act is definitely questionable as detailed in the CNN IBN report.

"This is the hard reality of rural India, 10-year-olds replacing oxen to plough fields. The situation is so desperate that there is no dearth of human ploughs.

In Sahpur village of Vaishali district, Bihar, small children are ploughing croplands belonging to Union Rural Development Minister, Raghubansh Prasad Singh."
