2008 Themes

Following are what I consider to be the most important themes of 2008. What do you guys think?

a) Global Warming

Melted water runs over the Greenlandic Icecap, east to the town of Ilulissat. Some scientists believe that Greenland, with its melting ice caps and disappearing glaciers, is an accurate indication of global warming.

2) Terrorism

How the world is going to curtain the monster that we ourselves created?

3) Global Economic Situation

Not an expert in this. But I think each are everyone is effected by small small changes that is made in each and everyone country.

Anything else that you guys can think of. Let me know.

Greenhouse is a false crises. Serious critical analysis does not support the conlcusions without adoption of a religous like faith in the imponderable way that "warming" explains every weather related occurence.

Terrorism is, however, a very, very serious problem. The jihadis are itching to kill a lot of Indians and obliderate the Hindu culture. They view the Jihad as heading both east and west.

Global poverty has to addressed through systemic reform of the UN adn the corrupt bureaucrats and indiginous elites that it supports.

@the real sporer >> I definitely think that the technical advances have harmed the environment since no steps are taken to protect it. This definitely needs to be taken care of. The rapid decline in our forest area definitely is hurting us.

and Yes I agree to your views on Global Poverty may be I will define as reducing the difference between Haves and Have nots
