I contradict your post here. This is not a country where people fear to help any accident victims. If any accident occurs howerever small/big , its in this country that people gather for help instantly. This is the country where we have a concept of 'neighbour' which lacks in so called western or developed countries. I hope you very well agree this having stayed in UK & now in US where u r always a Single w.r.t to surroundings - nobody cares or knows you.

@Raghava>> I agree that we give a huge importance to neighbour and will be always for him/her during the hour of need. But sometimes it is generally reported that people do not help road accident victims. A good number of cases in Delhi and other states justify that. The video also shows the ordeal that the doctor had to suffer since there was no one to take him or his wife to hospital mainly due to fear of police, reluctance to go to court for several decades etc....
