I felt really bad on Friday. Well it is nothing very significant. Just that I was walking in the office canteen and there was a birthday celebration going on. And cakes were being distributed....Now I don't remember the last time I had cake.....I reckon some 5 months back....All because I am well not that light.... :)....Since that being the case, I try to be extra careful especially with respect to food and what I eat...So that pang of eating a cake is still there...But I reckon I need to carry on...
Life is hard.
