I was wondering when some idiot will start this rhetoric about India controlling the sport of cricket. And yes it is started. Appeal to Australian cricket fans
My dear aussie cricket fans,
This is an earnest appeal. I do not particularly like your team. But I always thought that you guys played well and played good. But now I do not have respect for your team. How can you look at a bunch of cheats with pride?
Question for you guys to ponder.
Mr. Clarke, the latest cheat, is supposed to your next captain? Do you really want a cheat to be your captain?
But I am sure mates, you guys are not going to be on the top for long. That is for sure.

India : Second test against SA
Well Well...We have been doing what I had feared. We have won the test and have been celebrating...the media as usual have been doing its part by hyping up the Indians as they always do.
I hope our team realises that it is just one game and have gone back to the drawing board for the next 2 games. It is going to be an acid test where in SA will throw everything at us and try to humiliate us in the remaining games. What we need to do is keep a cool head, remove the past success from our mind and concentrate on the second game. Don't get me wrong, by winning the first test, we have achieved something great. But that is no use if we lose the next 2 and lose the series. We need to concentrate and prove to ourselves that we are good.
Only time will tell.

India first ever test win in SA
Regular readers of my blog would have noticed my rant and my doubts about what will happen to India during our present test series.
And wonders of wonders, We have won the test and in quite a convincing fashion. Wonderful. I am also happy that Mr. Nel got some of the stuff that he dishes out quite often. The truth is he really can't take what he gives.
Hats of to Sreesanth for performing so well with his bowling. He also indulged in a bit of break dance on field.

India v/s SA First test
Tomorrow the test series starts. After the classic SA drubbing, Will our guys stand up to the Andre Nel + Greame Smith bullies.
Andre Nel is absolute classic as far as I am concerned. He is the typical bully that you see the school fighting over a lollipop. I really want us guys to whack the holy sh&& out of him. But this is only my hope. I really don't see this as a reality though. :)...so much for my optimism.
Time will tell.

Cricket important that Sex?
A survey by men's magazine ZOO has revealed that Australian men have pledged their willingness to abstain from sex in return for their cricketers reclaiming the Ashes from England.
Confirming that there are few things in life more dear to Australians than sport, a survey found that 41 per cent would forgo for a month the pleasures of the bedroom in return for victory.
Who said Sport is for fun?
